Fever tracking, kept private.
Febra is a fever diary for the whole family — simple, quick and completely offline. You enter every measurement yourself; Febra turns it into a history you can take to the doctor.
How it works
- Log a measurement — temperature, person, time, and a note if you want one.
- See the history — a clear chart with age-dependent fever thresholds, a trend, and a short extrapolation of the next few hours.
- Keep track of medication — doses with name, amount and time appear right in the chart.
- Export as a PDF — for a doctor's visit, with chart, table and thresholds included.
Everything stays on your device
No account, no sign-in, no cloud, no ads, no analytics. Febra does not even need an internet connection — the app makes no network requests at all. Your data lives in the app alone, and travels only in your own device backup.
For the whole family
Create a profile for each family member with a name, date of birth and colour. Fever thresholds follow each person's age at the time of the reading:
- Under 3 months — fever from 38.0 °C, with a clear prompt to seek medical advice immediately.
- 3 months to under 12 years — fever from 38.5 °C.
- 12 years and older — fever from 38.1 °C.
Without a date of birth, the adult bounds are used.
Fever episodes and medication
Febra groups a bout of fever automatically and summarises its peak, duration and number of doses. Give a medication a minimum interval in the medication list and Febra shows you when the next dose is possible — a reminder you set yourself, not a medical dosing recommendation.
English and German
Febra follows your device language and can be switched per app in iOS Settings.
Manual entry, on purpose
A measurement enters the app exactly one way: you type it in. There is no Bluetooth thermometer, no HealthKit import and no background capture — and equally, nothing to pair, sign into or grant access to.
