Questions, bugs, or a feature you're missing? Email info@erigrus.de and please include:
- your iPhone model and iOS version,
- the Febra version (Settings → About → Version),
- and what you did just before the problem appeared.
How Febra works
- Tap Add member to create a profile for each person — name, optional date of birth, colour.
- Tap Temperature to log a measurement: value, person, time, and a note if you want one.
- Tap a member's card to see the history — chart, fever thresholds, trend and timeline.
- Tap Medication to log a dose; it appears as a marker in the chart.
- The gear icon opens Settings (medication list, language, version).
Frequently asked
Where is my data stored?
In a single file inside the app on your device. See the privacy policy.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-in and no server. Febra works entirely on your device, even in Airplane Mode.
Can I sync between two iPhones?
No. Febra is deliberately local-only; there is no server to sync through.
How do I move my data to a new iPhone?
Restore the new device from your iCloud or computer backup — the app's data comes along with it. There is no separate export/import yet.
Can I connect a Bluetooth thermometer?
No. Every measurement is typed in by hand — a deliberate choice that keeps the app free of pairing, permissions and background access.
How do I switch the language?
iOS Settings → Febra → Language, or use the Language row in the app's Settings screen, which takes you there.
What do the fever thresholds mean?
They follow the age of each family member at the time of the reading. Add a date of birth to a member to get the age-appropriate bounds; without one, adult bounds are used.
Is the “next dose” a dosing recommendation?
No. It is a reminder based on a minimum interval you set yourself. Febra makes no medical recommendations and does not replace seeing a doctor.
How do I export a history for the doctor?
Open a member's history and export it as a PDF — chart, table and thresholds included. iOS's share sheet lets you decide where the PDF goes.
Privacy
Febra collects nothing and makes no network requests. Details are in the privacy policy.
